How to Install kbd software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

kbd software package provides Linux console font and keytable utilities, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install kbd

kbd is installed in your system.

Make ensure the kbd package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep kbd *

You will get with kbd package name, version, architecture and description in a table
